Payments
Most appointments are scheduled at 60-minute sessions. A minimum of 24 hours is required to cancel or reschedule. (Please see our Financial Responsibilities form that is signed at intake.)

Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before beginning services.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and other approved payment methods through our secure client portal or in person with cash and check.
Additional Court Fees
We understand that there many be times clients are involved in court. It is our policy to avoid involvement in legal and/or court matters whenever possible as it often undermines the therapeutic relationship between therapist and client, has a negative impact on any subsequent therapy, and in some cases results in termination.Â

Any expectation of a clinician's involvement in court proceedings of any kind cannot be billed to insurance and may end up as a fee charged to your account. See our Court Policy Agreement for more information.
Insurances
We accept most major insurances as well as self-pay. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, services may be covered in full or in part. The actual amount is determined by the specific procedure code utilized and your therapist’s credentials. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
